Shelving units are incredibly useful around the house. I dont know what Id do without all the shelves I have around my apartment, what with the amount of random things I have. You can find uses for shelves in almost every room of the house, from the kitchen to the bathroom.
One popular use for shelving units is in the bedroom. By installing a shelving unit in a bedroom closet, you can maximize the way the closet space is used. You can have your shoes organized in the bottom of the closet, your clothes hanging in the top, and shelves for pants, towels, bed sheets, and anything else you can think of in between. With the right shelves, youll have no unused space at all in your closet.
Shelving Units around the House
Shelving units can be used in the kitchen or pantry as well. In our pantry, we have a giant wooden shelving system, on which we store all our canned goods and non-perishables. This helps keep the fridge and kitchen cupboards free for things like dishes, Tupperware and things that may spoil over time.
You can even use shelving units in your bathroom to help you save space. There are special shelves made to fit directly above the toilet, turning that unused space into a great place to put your bath towels, toothpaste, mouthwash and other bathroom accessories. With the right shelving units, youd be amazed at just how much extra space you can create around the house.
